"Ben 10 DVD| Ben 10" vampire Stephen Moyer has signed on for a pair of movies.

He will join Richard Gere and Ben 10 DVD Set in the thriller "The Double," and will then star in "The Big Valley" with Jessica Lange.

"The Double" centers on a retired Ben 10 Alien Force DVD| Ben 10 operative (Gere) forced to partner with a young FBI agent (Grace) to hunt down the killer of a U.S. senator. Moyer will play a Russian spy. Shooting starts June 21 in Detroit. The indie project marks the directorial debut of scribe Ben 10 Alien Force DVD Set.

Next month, Moyer will hop to Louisiana for "24 Hours DVD| 24 Hours," a big-screen take on the 1960s ABC series that starred Barbara Stanwyck. The feature sees Lange stepping into Stanwyck's role of matriarch of the 24 Hours DVD Set, a family of ranchers in 19th century California.

Moyer will play Jarrod Barkley, the family's respected 24 Hours DVDs who represents ranchers fighting to keep their land from being taken by railroad companies. Richard Long played him on the TV series. Daniel Adams wrote the screenplay and is 24 Seasons 1-8 DVD.

The "Twilight" stars, Tom Cruise's funky dance Prison Break DVD| Prison Break and a rainstorm of f-bombs could not stop the MTV Movie Awards from suffering a 13 percent drop in viewership, according to data issued on Prison Break DVD Set.

The two-hour ceremony averaged 4.6 million viewers on Prison Break DVD Box Set, down from 5.3 million for last year's installment, which was the show's biggest audience since 2004.

The premium cable outlet will share production CSI New York DVD Season on the show's upcoming season in exchange for domestic distribution rights.

The 10-episode run will debut on CSI New York DVD box set One and Starz next summer and take on a more international scope. The bulk of the story will shift from the U.K. to North America, and key U.S. actors will join the cast. Stars John Barrowman and Eve Myles will CSI New York DVDs.

The show chronicles a group that keeps CSI New York box set safe from hostile aliens, and is led by an immortal named Captain Jack (Barrowman). The most recent edition was a five-episode miniseries titled "Children of Earth."

Like "Children of Earth," but unlike the Ghost Whisperer DVD's two previous seasons, the international edition of "Torchwood" will be serialized rather than using the show's Ghost Whisperer DVD box set"monster of the week" format.

"It's not a new version, it's not a reboot," creator Ghost Whisperer box set said. "It's not going to be 'Lost' and take 20 years to find out what's going on. It's going to have a most remarkable conclusion after 10 episodes."

"Torchwood" previously aired in the Ghost Whisperer DVD season on BBC America. The idea of boosting "Torchwood" into a co-production with a major network partner was previously developed at Fox, which recently passed on the Ghost Whisperer DVDs.

Along with its freshman hit "Ghost Whisperer 1-5 DVD," the upcoming "Camelot" series and its "Pillars of the Earth" miniseries, Starz is carving out a niche as a genre-friendly network.

Hollywood actress Demi Moore is all set to go The Simpsons DVD in a memoir with details of her three marriages and showbusiness career spanning three decades.

HarperCollins said on Monday that it had bought The Simpsons DVD Box Set rights to a memoir by the actress that will cover her life and career. The book, as yet unnamed, is scheduled for release in 2012.

Business news website Crain's The Simpsons DVD Season quoted unidentified publishing industry executives with knowledge of the deal saying HarperCollins had agreed to pay more than $2 million for the book.

HarperCollins spokeswoman Tina Andreadis declined to The Simpsons Box Set on the reported price tag.

Moore, 47, has starred in a list of movies including "The Simpsons Seasons 1-21 DVD," "The Simpsons 1-21 DVD," and "A Few Good Men," as well as some widely-panned films such as "Striptease" and "The Simpsons Complete Box Set"
